We currently ship to all regions within Ghana. We're working on expanding to other West African countries soon.

        📍 Current Delivery Zones: Greater Accra, Ashanti (Kumasi metro), Western North (Sefwi Wiawso), Western (Takoradi, Sekondi), Central (Cape Coast), Eastern (Koforidua), and all other regions via partner courier services.
      

⏱️ Processing Time

Order processing: 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).

During this time we verify your order, check availability, package your items, and prepare for shipment.

⚠️ Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Once shipped, you receive an SMS notification with tracking number, an email confirmation, and a WhatsApp update if you provided a WhatsApp number.

📦 Delivery Process

What to expect:

Our courier calls to confirm availability before delivery
You'll receive a call when the dispatch rider arrives
Cash on Delivery: Please have exact change ready
Mobile Money: Complete payment before delivery

Failed Delivery:

After two failed attempts (wrong address, unavailable, unreachable), the order is returned. Redelivery costs an additional 15 GHS.

We don't deliver to P.O. Box addresses — provide a physical address with landmark
Deliveries: Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Weather, traffic, or courier issues may cause occasional delays — we'll notify you
