✨ 7-Day Return Policy: You have 7 calendar days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
✅ What CAN Be Returned
- Defective items — manufacturing defects, broken zippers, loose seams
- Wrong item sent — if you received a different product than ordered
- Size issues — if the item doesn't fit (unworn only)
- Damaged in transit — must be reported within 48 hours
❌ What CANNOT Be Returned
- Underwear, lingerie, shapewear, swimwear (hygiene reasons)
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items without original tags
- Clearance items (50% off or more) — final sale
- Watches, bags, accessories — final sale unless defective
- Customized/personalized items
⚠️ For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear or shapewear once the hygiene seal is broken.

Refund/ExchangeWithin 7 days
- Initiate: Contact us via WhatsApp (+233) 540556040 or email edith.ednacloset@gmail.com with order number, product name, reason for return, and photos/videos if defective.
- Authorization: We respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return address.
- Package: Include all original packaging and tags. Write the RA number clearly on the outside.
- Ship: For defective/wrong items, we cover return shipping. For size exchanges, customer pays return shipping (25-40 GHS).
- Inspection: We inspect within 3-5 business days and process your resolution.

💳 Refund Methods: Mobile Money (24 hours after approval), Store Credit (immediate, valid 90 days), Cash on Delivery (via mobile money or bank transfer, 3-7 business days).
🔄 Exchanges
Free size exchanges for defective or wrong items. For size exchanges (customer ordered wrong size), return the original (customer pays return shipping), and we ship the new size at no additional cost. Only one free exchange per order.
